iOS 9 - Features to die for!

There are tones of features coming with iOS 9 but here are the top 10:

1. Free Space

Apple has done a great deal of software and hardware calibration to come to this solution. According to apple as the image believe indicates that the users of iOS 9 will free up up to 3.28 GB. I have been using iOS 9 for the past 2 months, as soon as I updated to iOS 9 I noticed that I have more space which in my opinion is a great deal for so many people. 

2. Low Power Mode

Low power mode allows users to enable the function by going to the Settings or iOS 9 will advice you as soon as your battery drains to 20% and you will have the chance to Enable it there. This features extends the battery life up to an extra 3 hours of use.

3. Notes App

The Notes App has received a VIP attention from the Apple engineers as there are so much more added to the application, there are heaps of useful features within the app, you can easily create

1. Draw your ideas out

2. checkable list

3. Change formatting of the list

4. Add photos from the library 

5. Add websites URL 

4. Siri is extremely SMART now

Siri is able to create and delete reminders, ask Siri and she will respond with greater and better content.

You can ask Siri to show your photos from May 12 2012 and she will automatically show you those photos.

5. Re-designed App-switcher

Apple has done an incredible job by creating an absolute fluent freely moving app-switcher, the functionality of the app-switcher is the same as iOS 8 but the use and presentation of the app is fantastic.

6. Spotlight is relocated to its ORIGINAL place

Spotlight is re-located to the left side of your home screen and there are tones on added to it but can also be accessed by swiping down in any home page.

You can easily access your contacts suggested by SIRI and the New News App will show up there as well and not to mention Siri will suggestion applications for you.

7. Pro-Active Assistance

This features comes in handy as it automatically goes through email, text and ETC and creates a calendar event. This is great if you are a lazy person.

 

8. Slide Over (iPad only) and Split View

This is features brings the multitasking to life, you can swipe from the right side and easily choose between apps.

Split view allows you to run two applications at the same time on your iPad screen.

9. QuickType - iPad keyboard

 

If you are familiar with the Mac track pad, iOS 9 brings that functionality to the iPad keyboard as it allows you to easily select text by moving your fingers over the keyboard. Shortcut bar is on the top of the keyboard, it brings many shortcuts to make your life a lot easier and keyboard shortcuts while using an extended keyboard.

10. Picture-in-Picture

This can be another method of multitasking on the iPad, the features only works with videos as you close out of it, it will remain open on the home screen in smaller size.  You are abel to move it around or close it.
